Our Story

Started over 20 years ago by his father, Jeff Walker, Walker Catering is owned and operated by AJ Walker, a chef with over a decade of experience in Chicago’s culinary scene. After building his skills in a fast-paced food culture, AJ returned home to Alliance, Ohio to bring tailored, chef-driven catering services to the community he grew up in.

Today, Walker Catering blends big-city culinary training with small-town reliability, offering flexible, full-service catering for events large and small. Every menu is customized, every event is treated with care, and every client gets direct access to a team that knows how to deliver.
